Members turn out for meeting in Reed Point

Their power bills reflect the highest rates in the Western United States and their electric cooperative is bound by a contract that doesn't expire until 2048.

According to Beartooth Electric Cooperative Board members, that's just part of the dilemma the co-op faces as it tries to extricate itself from what they consider a financial fiasco.
