Bankruptcy judge OKs motion to keep Southern reorganization details secret

The trustee for a bankrupt wholesale power cooperative can keep key information in a proposed reorganization plan confidential, a judge ruled on Monday.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ralph Kirscher granted a request by Lee Freeman, trustee of Southern Montana Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, for a protective order to keep information about rates and pricing with a potential power supplier secret.
